Mast Media is an award-winning ideas company with a proven track-record for creating innovative and popular returnable TV formats. Formed in 2000 by Mark Baker and Steve Havers, Mast won the Best Gameshow Silver Rose for hidden-camera game show Oblivious in 2002. Oblivious has either aired or is currently airing in more than 20 countries including the UK, US, Spain, Italy, Germany and Israel.

During its eleven years, Mast Media has established itself as one of the UK’s leading format houses, with formatted entertainment its speciality. More than a dozen Mast formats have made it to air in the UK and seven of those have aired on prime-time BBC1 and ITV1.

News in 2011 includes the commission of Mast’s new property makeover format The Renovation Game by Channel Four. The show is being produced by RDFTV and will air late in 2011. Zodiak USA has just completed a pilot of Mast’s primetime singing show Secret Superstar and is awaiting news of a US commission. Zodiak Rights continues to sell Oblivious and has recently secured commissions in Germany and Turkey.

Mast Media became part of Zodiak Media in 2008.
