Headquartered in Mumbai, Sol Production Pvt. Ltd is an independent production house, launched by Kamna Nirula-Menezes and Fazila Allana in January 2003.
Since its inception eight years ago, Sol has produced numerous award-winning events & television shows and has been widely appreciated for setting new standards in production value, delivering fresh & distinctive content.

Sol specialises in non-fiction entertainment television and specially designed television events. The company has also recently produced its first fiction show, Kya Mast Hai Life for Disney Channel.

Sol is known for consistently bringing new formats and innovative programming to Indian television including award-winning shows such as Koffee with Karan, Nach Baliye, Rakhi Ka Swayamwar, Zara Nach Ke DIkha and Just Dance.

The production house has a host of award shows and events to its credit, some of the most popular being The STAR Parivaar Awards, Rajiv Gandhi Awards, Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2010, and the Sabse Favorite Kaun Awards. Sol has produced exclusive events like ‘Holi Ke Rang’ for Colors, ‘Diwali Rishton Ki’ for Star Plus, ‘Godhbharai Special’ for Imagine TV and ‘Maa Tujhe Pranam’ for Colors.
