Zodiak Latino is the new name of the company formerly known as RM 5to Elemento (established 2009), which had been part of the Zodiak Entertainment Group prior to the creation of Zodiak Media in 2010. The company is an entertainment producer which focuses its efforts on the Spanish-speaking/Hispanic US television market and major broadcasters across Latin America.

The company has offices in Miami (Florida), Bogota (Colombia) and Mexico City (Mexico) and as well as developing its own formats, seeks to adapt and produce entertainment, adventure reality and lifestyle shows from the extensive Zodiak Media catalogue.
